In regards to the CON Level 20 cheat, in my experience, the level 20 cheat only works once per game session. So if you use it and want to use it again once you hit level 21. Try this: save your game with your level 21 character. Quit to the Main Menu, then reload your game. Now try the cheat again (it should work now).
